Personal Info

Rev. Elizabeth Moreau was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She is the mother of Paul D. Moreau and the grandmother of four.  Rev. Moreau received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1985 and a Masters of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology, SMU, Texas.

Rev. Moreau has been an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church since June of 1994 and an Elder since 1996. From August 1993 to May 1994, Rev. Moreau served as an intern at Westbury United Methodist Church. She then ministered at Bradfield Chapel, Jenkins United Methodist Church, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and Markham United Methodist Church in Bay City, Texas.  Rev. Moreau has served on a variety of committees and boards.  When health issues necessitated leaving the local church, she used the time to respond to one of the greatest needs in the local church today: the need for laity to be taught the content of the faith and to come to see the world through the eyes of Christ - in short, to love God with all of their minds.  Over a decade of service in the local church convinced Rev. Moreau that the laity desire the deeper things of God.  She currently teaches through Servants' Feast Christian Ministry and lives in Friendswood, Texas.
